Mental Health Professionals (MHP) must hold a Master's degree in a human service discipline and may be licensed. The MHP will provide therapy and behavior management as designated by the treatment and behavior plan. The MHP will evaluate clients and complete intake assessments, develop treatment and behavior plans and provide treatment for individuals and families for the defined disorder. Attend specified meetings, trainings, and meet CEU requirements. Complete reports relative to the program in which the client is participating. Positively interact with supervisor and relative departments. Adheres to all current federal & state laws, as well as agency procedures and retain confidentiality. Submit monthly reports as outlined and meet required deadlines. Transporting client and travel is required.

Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) will provide behavioral interventions to reinforce, practice, and model behavioral modification techniques and treatments in accordance to the behavior plan as directed by the Mental Health Professional (MHP). Document each session, submit monthly reports and meet deadlines are required. The QBHP is not responsible for supervision of other staff. Transporting client and travel is required.
Behavior Management Provider (BMP) holds qualification of different educational levels. Compensation will be based upon the educational level for service. The focus is to assist clients with behavioral and/or developmental challenges by providing direct care. If required, evaluate clients and complete diagnostic assessments. Develop behavioral plan or plan of care and provide care for individuals and families for specified problematic behavior. Assist clients with meeting care goals and provide interventive support. Transport client according to needs outlined in behavior plan, or plan of care. Attend specified meetings, trainings, and meet CEU requirements. Document each session and complete monthly reports relative to the program in which the client is participating. Submit monthly reports as outlined and meet required deadlines. Travel is required.

Quality and Compliance Investigator identifies, investigates and resolves all compliance issues relating to coding, billing, documentation and reimbursement activities. As appropriate, acts as the team leader for special compliance investigations in coding, billing and reimbursement including formal and informal audits, cost reporting, and fraud alerts. Ensure service performance is appropriate, adequate and in accordance to Behavior Plan, Plan of Care and Treatment Plan. Reviews and studies all information from third party payers relative to claims filing, coding, and the adjudication process. Subscribes to and reviews various publications both in written form and through the Internet relative to coding, billing and reimbursement compliance. Works with health information management, patient accounts, information system and other medical center personnel to solve and implement solutions to maintain a proper compliance stance. Works with cost report personnel relative to maintaining proper compliance with various rules and regulations. Works with contract management personnel in the review of contracts and other reimbursement or payment arrangements. Works with the CEO in the development and ongoing activities involved in the baseline and periodic compliance audits. Conducts internal audits on various aspects of the coding, billing, documentation and reimbursement system. Assists with formal audits of specific aspects of the overall coding, billing and reimbursement system. Develops and directs technical teams in the investigation and resolution of complex compliance problems. Submits monthly reports as outlined and meet required deadlines. Bachelor degree is preferred. Travel is required.

Archivist holds expertise is maintaining financial and organizational records. Responsibilities include:

Maintains financial and organizational documentation. by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance with accuracy.

Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining and developing bookkeeping policies and procedures.

Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

Maintains historical records by filing documents.

Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, office administration or related field. Previous two-year work experience preferred.

Recruiter locates and provides persons of interest to apply as a contractor. Applicants are referred to as Candidates. The Recruiter is responsible for the approved and accepted application of the contract Candidate. Recruiters are compensated by the hiring and working duration of a new contractor and will therefore receive a fee at the assigned time. The Recruiter will use its skill, experience, and industrial knowledge to evaluate Candidates prior to consideration for recruitment. A monthly summary is required. There is no mandatory educational requirement.
Generalist is responsible for conducting the miscellaneous needs of the company and will perform a variety of tasks. The needs include, but are not limited to running errands, sanitizing, light administrative duties, substitute for office staff, demonstrate a high degree of discretion and independent judgement and remain confidential with matters and information is required. Adequate speaking and writing skills is a plus. No educational requirement is mandatory.
