Rise & Excel Counseling & Community Services formed as an amenity under Liberation Ministries, Inc., in 2004, as a response to individuals who were sharing their experiences, conflicts, and questions and seeking to calm their emotional status. This need was observed, and an applicable formal approach was designed. Rise & Excel Counseling & Community Services expanded to serve at-risk and foster placement youth, families, support for foster parents, and developmental, marital, mental, and behavioral health needs to children, youth and adults.

Culturally sensitive and competent, Rise & Excel Counseling & Community Services practice this concept and it is implemented at all levels of social services in this agency to ensure appropriate treatment and regulation for individuals and families.

Rise & Excel Counseling & Community Services is constantly working toward agency and direct care improvement. These efforts are illustrated in the significant improvements in quality and service delivery to provide office, community-based, home-based, psychological assessments, and other psychological and behavioral services.
